Remove the bezel and bend the washer slightly, then refit. This should give a little more friction ensuring the bezel isn't rotating in the wind.

Welcome to the addiction. A good budget 5513 can be had from Perfect Clones, aka Josh, he is a trusted dealer here. The basic watch needs work. Starting with the crown guards then crown and tube, crystal, dial, hands, insert etc. After that the sky's the limit. Better cases can be obtained from Yuki or Phong at a price.
