  1. I'm not a fan of the ceramic POs, or any ceramic watches come to that matter, too much bling for me. I think the classic looks of the original POs will have more longevity. Each to their own though. Here's my 42mm
  2. My v5 2824 clone spec, with the following gen parts all sourced from Cousins UK: Gen dial Gen date wheel Gen hands Gen HE Valve (non-functioning) Gen bezel and insert Gen end links Sunnydale Crystal Haven't got round to the crown and tube yet. Got the parts, but to be honest the rep crown isn't a big tell compared to things like the bezel, pearl and HE valve (the rep version is way too tall). I would also say the gen end links are a bit of an indulgence. The main advantage of the LM case is the HE valve, much more gen-like, replacing the rep version is a bit of a job.
  3. You can checkout the vintage omega database here: www.omegawatches.com/cu_vintage/ You'll need the case number from the inside of the watch back though.
  4. Wow, that's dedication! Fantastic watches, thanks for sharing.
  5. Here's my modded PO 42mm v.5, did the mods myself – which is part of the fun. All the info you need is on the forums (RWG, RWI, RG). You just need to search for it Sunnydale Crystal Gen Dial Gen Hands Gen Date Wheel Gen HE Valve Gen Endlinks Gen Bezel I've just installed the bezel, below you can see some comparison shots of rep and gen. Apart from the pearl, you'll notice the difference in height of the milled edge: I'll probably get around to the crown and tube eventually too.
  6. Thanks Woof, appreciated. Still a bit hit and miss with the numbers in the window. Maybe I'm just being too picky.
  7. Installed and back on the wrist. Be great to see some more shots of the DW installed.
