I don't know the differences on the looks. I know that the 7750 has a sunken black DW, on the quartz it's less sunken and a white DW. Further the secondhand sweeps on the 7750 and ticks on the quartz. I can't make the decision for you, but I can only tell you that the Quartz is a great watch, it's a daily beather and you get value for money! Thanks for the kind words mate!
