Welcome to RWG, stick to modders listed in these forums, and you will be fine, you like many others went elsewhere, and have now joined the many unhappy members who have done very similar before finding RWG.

Looks like a Seagul, SW200 clone, and has the ETA style dial feet holders, but to be sure, do you have a photo of the area near the main spring? Need to check the stamping on the movement. (if any)

Says it was purchased at an authorised Panerai dealer, yeah right, and this is from someone with feedback of 3, all for purchases on ebay of 99 cents each lol

It looks fine in the listing however there's no mention of paperwork. You need to check with the seller on this, and then whilst viewing cross reference the serial numbers match etc.
