Yeah that just lists the prototype Miyota quartz reps...it needs updating with the 7750s. I'm sure it will be updated soon enough

Lovely job, BT To echo the sentiments of others: yes it is a extremely well made rep. One of the best ever reps that graced my wrist. With a mini-relume, service and pressure test - this could fool the owner into thinking it was gen!

Just a bit of an update, some past and present since my last post in this thread:

Yeah the rep is a good watch for the price! It wears well on the wrist, is stealthy and is not cumbersome like the 46mm models. The functions do work, but where the gen operates via the crown (like the Breitling Aerospace), the rep has sunken pushers which you need a biro to push. So, they are not normally useable "on the run". I've not seen the rep with the std dial, only with the FAF logo. Nor have I seen the silver case version.....by the way, the rep lume is "ok" for rep lume, but is green. The hands aren't lumed for some weird reason!

I acquired a fun rep of this from Reg, and i want to do a few mods to it, like AR and re-lume my question: What colour does the lume on the gen glow? I can't find any reference to it (the lume) thanks

Folks, as i type this, i'm typing blind. Meaning that I can't see what the hell i'm typing because that stooopid Font & Smiley pallette obscures the top half of the text window. this only happens on my work PC, but not at home on the PC or laptop. Does anyone know hoe i can fix this really annoying problem - as it actually deters me from posting!!

as far as i'm aware, the 7753 is the same ligne as the a7750; so it'd fit; but the 7753 datewheel is slightly larger than the 7750 datewheel - so you couldn't use the rep datewheel. Also, the rep date window is slightly more inward (due to the DW) so you'd end up with offset font even if you did have a 7753 with correct font DW. The factory would need to build a new B01 rep, with correct dial and a 7753, just to fix the DW issue. This would have to incorporate a new DW with the correct font. The only realistic option is to have a DW overlay mod, to the current rep, to raise it. Someone really needs to make a kit for this!!

So which colour is this meant to be? Gray or Carbon black? The rep dw is white. If it were meant to be the carbon black dial, then the chapter ring would be the same colour as the dial...

Also, the rider tabs look like they are integrated with the bezel, but the gen pic looks like they are separate pieces?!

It looks like that square pattern on the dial has shown through on the graphite and blue dials

It looks like the "lume" on the indices should actually be matte glass pieces like on the Flying B. Also, the square pattern in the centre is hard to make out. Apart from that I like the black dial and the grey, but i really like the gen blue dial with black sub dials...which hasn't been repped?
