You could try some warm/hot water. It should soften the adhesive enough for the stickers to come off though I'd be careful if you're unsure about the waterproofness of your watch.

They are protective plastic stickers. They should just peel off.

A decent all rounder in my eyes could be the Omega Planet Ocean. It's available in 42mm or 45.5mm so you can pick the best size for you. Lume is fairly reasonable for a rep. It's a good quality and well built rep that's fairly tough and generally waterproof (though you should get your individual one tested to be absolutely sure). It's not excessively dressy which would allow you to wear it more casual situations and a few colour variations are available to suit.
