I think the biggest flaw is the rehaut engravings though... should be two lines, now its just etched "thick" letters(pic is of gen)

For a mimic of a 2000-2002 submariner with SEL and lug holes, would a TC with drilled lugs be correct? Thinking rehaut depth etc. Love the combo of SEL and lug holes. Modern and vintage at the same time.. nice!

You should look into getting a genuine pearl i think! Even though its been massively improved lately... its still not quite gen... in my opinion... But its an amazing watch as a whole!

I haven't ever seen any gen diver parts, apart from strap and buckle of course. The most franked way to go seems to be full mods at a modder(Vac, Domi etc) and then put in a lowbeat movement(ETA 2846 or Tissot Powermatic 80).... Not much else to do. Would probably total somewhere over 1000 usd mark.
