Great to see you’re back! One of the reasons I started out with this hobby was the thrill of finding vintage parts to build those grail vintage watches. And glad you were around at that time to do your magic and build amazing watches. Trust this place will get a bit busier with you being back.
Definitely looks much better on bezel teeth and Datewheel. We’ll probably have to wait till after CNY to see some in real life Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk
Beautiful!!! And gen springs also have much more strength in the spring, remember that only 2 small pieces of steel make the difference between holding it on your wrist or losing it...then 80 usd on a Gen of 9k doesn't sound that bad [emoji6] Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk
You're welcome This blocked - squashed 4 is only on the Sea Dweller. 14060 would have a flat or pointed 4 but always long 4 and not cut in half. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk
Gen 1680 Plexi will definitely be a fantastic upgrade. These can sometimes be had for around 125 - 150 euro so I´d say if you intend to build a nice watch with a beautiful dial...make sure you can clearly see it. Dial is the most dominant factor in a watch :-) just my 2c
