  1. Looks great. A quick question: if someone had the genuine, would it glow this much?
  2. Nice watch but for that kind of money, I might get a watch with a zenith chrono movement.
  3. I used to think that the dial was too busy but I'm tempted. I might even get a gen Sinn 903 which is basically the same watch.
  4. Which way do you turn the screw to adjust the watch so that it runs faster?
  5. Which way do you turn the adjusting screw to speed up the watch as the movement doesn't have any markings?
  6. My Neil PO had a lot of bubbles when I dipped it in warm water but that was from the bezel insert(which came off when I took it out of the water). Otherwise it was good.
  7. I saw GalaxyQuest last night and Tim Allen was wearing a SS white faced Daytona.
  8. I have a 42 mm planet ocean from Neil, very nice. Very accurate as well(about +1 second a day on the wrist).
  9. Good gens have superluminova already.
  10. Nothing says replica Panerai like poor lume. We obsess about a 1 mm recessed pin when looking at a non-relumed one in the dark instantly says fake.
  11. I thought it was kind of tacky to have "California" printed on the dial. Everyone knows what kind of dial it is.
  12. You'll love it. You can fix crownguards, recessed pin etc... but as soon as it goes in the dark, it is instantly recognizable as a fake if it isn't relumed.
  13. Good report. Personally, I'd get a JLC reverso manual before I bought any Rolex or Panerai.
  14. Is this some kind of April Fools thread? The Seamaster Pro Chronometer is the auto version and the Seamaster Pro is the quartz version.
  15. Only if it had a real Patek movement in it.
  16. Be careful with the hairdryer, too high a setting might dry off what oil is in the movement.
  17. Unscrew the crown, pull it out in the time-changing position and leave it in a position where the sun shines on it for a few hours.
  18. Nice read. JC Biver is making a Big Bang(pun intended) with Hublot. On Timezone.com he personally answers questions and arranges free service on the Hublot Forum.
  19. Good post. Should be a good reference.
  20. Very nice write up. I'm generally not into vintages but that one does something for me.
