  1. Hi all Just watched John Rambo - Rambo sports a nice PVD PAM on what looks like a rubber strap. Quite what a guy living in the jungle for the last 30 years is doing wearing one of these is a mystery Screengrab:
  2. The beautiful irony is that the Big Bang he's posted is a rep. Hublot never made a Black Magic with that combination of date wheel and shiny case
  3. Hey guys Perusing the Hublot website I came across this article on "how to spot a rep" - maybe not news to most of us but hopefully the article will help someone. hxxp://www.hublot.com/hublot_prod/site/hublot/data/fake/identifying_hublot_replica.pdf Best regards Keith
  4. The Hublot that "a4tuurbo" guy posted is missing two screws
  5. What's with the awful shirts he wears on that show? Is it some sort of running joke? They look like those things pro darts players wear
  6. I love this combination. I think if this was a TTK MBW DRSD it would be even better
  7. Excellent My clothes are from Tesco Value, my cars from BMW M division
  8. It's a real love or hate piece. In my opinion it's like an Audi Q7 - it looks like they forgot to stop adding bits to it. Awful.
  9. Swap the bangle bracelet for something a little more manly
  10. Sounds to me like he was just being a [censored]. Your friend thinks he's an expert having held a watch once? What a loser. More likely he felt uncomfortable that you were wearing an expensive watch. His own insecurities meant that he had to tear you down on something, anything, to make himself feel better. Besides, gen Rolex bracelets DO feel cheap and nasty.
  11. I agree Victoria - some people seem to have a problem with other people charging whatever the going rate is for goods. Simple economics dictates the balance of demand vs supply and price sustainability in any given free market. As soon as buyers start drying up at any given price, the price will drop. If the price is too high for you, please shop elsewhere, don't [censored] about it to me K
  12. Hey Deacon Why not ditch the bracelet and stick the SSD on a NATO or Diver? Good stealth option.
  13. I know this reply is a bit late, but a G-Shock would be perfect. I wear mine for biking, motocross, hiking etc. They are in my opinion some of the best watches in the world. And so tough. You can drive over these things in a 4x4. http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=57302 - G-Shock Torture Test.
  14. This today: SSD on PU strap. Then later tonight: 177G on SC Legend.
  15. Hi Dutchy - I've worked for myself pretty much all my life. I've been deaf since birth and "doing my own thing" has always been easier than working in some environment like an office where, meaningfully or not, prejudice occurs. The advent of email was an absolute godsend to me. The main piece of advice I would give is not to concern yourself with expanding too quickly. If you don't need a flash (expensive) office, work from home. The BMW can wait. Unless you really really need staff, don't employ them. Even a secretarial assistant will cost you
  16. There's no doubt in my mind that the SFSO is an awesome watch, rep or not. The only thing I dislike about it is the markers - the lume looks like it was applied by a drunk blind guy. K
  17. Looks like a nice watch. In my opinion any "car" watch is incredibly lame unless you own the car too. Even if you DO own the car as well, that's only slightly less lame. Do you remember the episode of Friends with Joey and the Porsche? K
  18. This beauty. Which strap? Who cares, they all rock 100%
  19. TTK: Can we use typing rather than a phone conversation when ordering with you? Phones are not much use to me I'm afraid; I'm deaf. Keith
  20. "No ticks - it's authentic" Brilliant
  21. Does that book come with a free vagina? Seriously, I've never heard of something so ridiculous.
