Thanks guys! dvn does the gold mat have AR on it?

The rep strap fits fine but i keep it on the tightest setting, but the short strap I can wear a bit more comfortably..There are logo's on the genuine strap just on the underside of it

Quality of the rubber is exactly the same, but the logo's on the rep strap are inaccurate...Here's a pic of the rep flat strap And here's the gen flat strap, other than the logo's they are identical

Thanks guys! I have the 3 HBB's, PVD lite, ICE bang light, and now this black magic light..Which strap do you guys think look better? The genuine flat strap or the rep tire tread strap?

Which strap do you like better? The flat strap on it in this picture is a genuine extra short strap, or do you like the rep tire tread strap? I kinda like the gen strap better plus it fits alot better because its extra short which fits nicely on my tiny wrists..Notice how the genuine strap doesn't have the Hublot logo and writing on it, on the flat strap on my ice bang there's logo's on both parts of the strap which is actually inaccurate per the gen

Just received my black magic light and swapped to the ceramic polished bezel and it looks great, not sure which I like better the ice bang or this...Can't wait to get some double AR on this baby Thanks for looking!

So this is one of my favorite reps, and it's also one of the most accurate out of the box reps ive ever owned...The one thing that bugged me was the crappy DW..So I had marrick install this ETA dw and it's pretty much identical to the gen now, heres a few pics

The rehaut is identical to the PVD bezels...I have a suspicion that the case on the ice bang/black magic (the polished parts of the case) are ADLC coated, and the brushed part is PVD...I wonder if avitt could ADLC coat the PVD bezels to mimic the polished effect of the ceramic..and I seriously doubt its possible to polish PVD to a mirror finish but that would be awesome if you could ...and yeah I still keep the screws on the ceramic bezel not too tight to ensure that it doesn't break

Surely, i'll post some pics when the black magic comes and i'll do a comparison of the polished ceramic vs. pvd, my PVD lite is off in Poland getting double AR so I dont have the PVD bezel on hand, only the polished ceramic and the SS bezel from the ice bang light...This weeks kinda hectic for me, but when I get some time i'll add to this thread or make a new 1...Great review/write up lan, thanks for taking the time to put this together!! ::Gold Star:: ::ZING:: And i've noticed that the tiny crack between the bezel and case can be fixed easily w/ an H screwdriver, and with the ceramic polished bezel the crack is even smaller and barely noticable but I don't wana push it and over tighten it and crack the ceramic

But if your going worry constantly about getting mugged or robbed, and you cant enjoy the watch than why get it in the first place? I guess it's different depending on where you live- but I live in the country where crimes don't exist, if you lived in NYC on the other hand or any major city, than I agree, wearing a 50k watch is probably not the smartest thing to do...

Why buy a 50k watch if your not going to wear it and just leave it on the winder 24/7...Doesn't make sense to me, watches are meant to be worn ya know?

Agreed z3ko, i'd say its very hard to tell the difference between brushed ceramic and PVD..They look the same to me :-P And yes, this has been confirmed to be a gen I hope they come out with an all black i'll be the 1st one to get it! I mean how hard can it be? Its so similar to the ice bang dial except the numbers around the dial are black along with the hands, seems simple enough that the factories should make it, it would sell like hot cakes !

Slai i've had them all and the shun's are by far the best. You'll never go back once you use 1. This is maybe quarter of my collection and about 75% are shun pm me if you want more pics or suggestions
