Thanks folks. Glad to do my part for the forum. I'm not sure what's happened with Victoria. Things got a bit negative/critical for her at one point (which was sad considering how much she was offering to the forum) and that led to a short term hiatus when family came to visit...and then...>POOF<

No wonder we're confused on this one. 6-10 variants? That must mean the factory has 6-10 different shifts of workers. We know about your success rate-post-service...so that is good to know that even with the differences and issues...there's a good probability of "life". Thanks for the insight!!

Thanks so much for this The Zigmeister...pulling through with the Master's knowledge like always!! I've been seeing the B1 designation being used every now and then on the collector sites...so I guess it still begs the question with the collector's on what the heck they're sticking in there...either slow beat or high beat seem to be the answers we're looking for. I was thinking of buying spare A7750 movements to keep on hand for when you service my movements in case you needed parts...but now I'm not sure if that's a good idea if the parts in the current movements are defective and need replacing themselves. Are there any options that are reasonable to consider (given you've found ETA parts are a real crap shoot to fit in if they can be at all) or should we just do a rip and replace with a new movement and pray?? I found a decent price on ETA Valjoux 7750's...but I think I need to buy about 100 of them.

We aim to please. I should add something about that usps/can post/local carrier takes over when in the resident country. It's in the guide somewhere...but buried under details likely.

Agreed. When you get used to looking at pics of the rep...looking at the reversed seconds disk, square-er case and other differences just seems off. In the case of PAM homages, these seem closer to an acceptable homage to me...as they are identical almost aside from branding.

Dream on...dream on. I don't know how the new Hublot full ceramic case is...that might be the closest thing we have now. The gloss case on the IWCs is too wrong of this kind of watch to me... I wish they would get it right...but I also wish they would make a solid and reliable secs@6 7750 movement...World Peace, private island...
