  1. Good work Dude taking one for the team, look forward hearing how it goes. I'm sure it will look the part, its a pretty classic design
  2. Its a quartz clock, back in the 70's and 80's this flip style digital was cutting edge I guess but pretty inexpensive, I know we love the Panerai name but I find the justification for this price difficult to fathom. I'm sure one of our more cashed up members might be tempted I'd be interested to hear in their thoughts on the quality of this.

  18. PANERAI - THE JUPITERIUM UNVEILED This is no Luminor, Radiomir nor the long awaited Mare Nostrum reintroduction. This is a mechanical instrument with a watch that shows time and has a manual-wound movement with a 40-day power reserve. The instrument also features a unique perpetual calendar that determines the exact date, day, month and year without any need for manual regulation, even in leap years. Issued in a strictly limited edition of just three, the Jupiterium comprises a square wooden base that supports a glass sphere holding the Earth and planets on titanium arms. The constellation of the zodiac is picked out in superluminova on the surface of the sphere, shown as they can be seen both of Earth´s hemispheres. VIEW THE PHOTO-GALLERY OF THE JUPITERIUM</SPAN> Should'nt be to hard to rep ST4 </SPAN>
  19. Looks great. Top tip I got from Mr ROO (PAM01) for the strap was to turn it around. Swap the top with the bottom so that the long part is on the top. I removed the end links rather that the strap. Much more comfortable and no longer digs in to my girly wrists. It would be a shame to let it go. ST4
  20. Will try to join you guys , have a Kids event that I need to attend in the morning but will try to come on afterwards. Goos work Gents its good to GTG and talk watches with like minded guys. ST4
  21. Got mine from Chris and its the best value watch I've had. Movement is noisey and the second hand stops for a few seconds if the movement is in a high speed spin. But it keeps great time and the second had stopping does not affect the accuracy of its time keeping. The issue I had was the BIG crown. Got one of BK's and it looks the works now. $120 well spent. Swimm with mine all the time as well. ST4
  22. Understated classic, very well executed Mr L
