I have the wrists of a 7 year old girl Because the get worn on leather most of the time you can find a good strap that will suit you pretty well. I find an MF 1942 works really well , you dont need any more holes and its not too thick. Best bet is to buy a cheapo watch first and see how you like it, 1 is never enough. ST4

Try to get hold of SSilver Surfers spreadsheet.I always found that to be really helpfull. Its pinned on RG and RWI I think.

Basically until you've compared a DSN with another PAM rep its very difficult to explain the added value that you have from one of his watches. I agree that there is some questionabilty regarding the swissness of some of his movements but the overall quality of most of his reps is of an exceptional standard. The crystal on yours looks good as does the CP, the dial is not to shabby either. But yours is a fantasy model there is no original version of this watch. The crown is painfully fugly and I disagree that the case back is OK , it again does not stack up, though its rarely seen it may not be an issue. It may be the angle of the pictures but your bezel just doesn't look right. It seems to be very cone like and a tad out of proportion with the rest of the watch. For the price its a reasonable start but if you were to invest in a DSN you would notice the difference. Anyway I don't think DSN is trustworthy I think you'll find that's Andrew , DSN is actually Davidsen. Hope that clears things up ST4

I think it actually doesn't look that bad, the red bezel numbers look really good against the black. I'm not a huge fan of the vintage brushed look of the gen anyway so its good to have options, not that I could pull it off anyway ST4

Hack R getat is great, quick and easy and very helpful. His cases accept rep case backs and I've found the sapphire to be non AR'd and pretty good. I will go back to getat again for sure. ST4

A cracking pair and great photos Mate. That DW on the 188 Is spot on , they are distinctly different yet you can see they belong together. Wear them well. You still thinking of trading the gen in?

Andrew trusty seems to have the cream of the crop when it comes to quality. I guees they may well be better than your previous purchases. He is quick to ship and prompt to respond to questions The RM isn't the most popular of watches, but its certainly distictive. This one is nice as are the non chrono quite a bit effort seems to have gone in to them despite their flaws which one where you thinking of? Have you done a search in the other brands section? I don't think I've seen anyone post one. I reckon Lani has probably got one or two stashed away somewhere. Give it a go , I think they are pretty good value on the $ and then post some pics. ST4
