I think my Exp 2 is the closest. I guess I didn't get in on the old stock SMP's, and my SMP GMT has several flaws.

Even with all those flaws you mentioned, I doubt anyone will call you out. It's a great looking watch! Mine has all those flaws plus the pointier hour hand and I wear it more than any of my other reps.

If your crystal is sapphire, you can use a knife blade to scrape it off. Or maybe even try something hard and plastic - super glue doesn't stick well to glass.

I liked MI:2 a lot except they should have chosen someone better than Thandie Newton as the girl...the first I fell asleep through (I think I watched it in a plane) and I never finished. There was way too little Keri Russell, Phillip Hoffman, and Maggie Q, and too much Michelle Monaghan.

Your bezel might be pressed down too tightly - try lifting it up all around as if you were trying to remove it again.

The generic version I bought from ebay worked fine on both the ladies dj and exp2 I have. Would yours work if you put more downward force on the bit when you were turning?
