  1. Gorgeous work I owned the steel gen and now own the steel and gold gen as well as the gen green ceramic sub The bezel indices are filled with gold not platinum. White gold on your gen insert and in my gen sub and yellow gold on my tt. You are quite correct though there is no comparison between the gen gold filled bezel and crappy white plastic paint and once again for you jello heads who insist on painting your insert cutouts white is another example of how tragically wrong you are If the rep factories ever do a gold filled ceramic insert I will be thrilled
  2. I would give a crap if I didn't have a genstein Franken fiddy
  3. Check the parts forum or put up a wtb add
  4. That's warren and Pete on the torpedo such close pals
  5. My brand new unworn 326m for sale lol Other than that the newest version noob 243 is the best out of box Pam rep ever made
  6. Close but under scrutiny there is noooooooooooo comparison with eta finishing None
  7. Have a set of OEM hands but they are white Superlume. Figure it will give me something to do down the line
  8. Different strokes brother, here's the gen it was patterned after, I think we nailed it spot on/ Interestingly enough the date seems to sit a tad high on this one as well
  9. Thanks For the tip brother I will have my maker tinker with it. He is waiting for a Pair of OEM springbars to come in anyway
  10. Thanks andy Saw your insert, if this one wasn't also OEM I would be punching myself for missing out on it
  11. This watch started out as a legendary tribal Great White MBK build with a few OEM parts built into it. Not quite a Franken but a legendary 1665 non the less built by the best (the original Tribal modded NDT Great White Dial is up in the parts thread if someone wants it) I had always wanted a DRSD though as gorgous as tribals Great white dial is So I decided on the Yuki patina version in a leap of faith and although the NDT's may be the Cadillacs this particular Yuki is stunningly close and the watch perfectly matches a gen for sale on ebay right now I found a minty 1570 with original (also minty) silver datewheel a new OEM insert with OEM Lumi Pearl from my buddy Nakor the build already had OEM crystal, tube, HE valve and crown installed in the case set I am swapping casebacks with Mapman as he has the correct MBK DR and I have the correct MBK GW. So what do you think? I love it. Would love to get an OEM bracelet for it at some point if every OEM 1665 I saw for sale didn't looked stretched out to sh*t.
  12. The New noob 104 is 1:1 with no dicernable differneces Buying a gen 104 dial is as big an example of pissing money away as buying a gen 111 dial now days. Both are the low end entry level gen pams and both are being made as now essantially as 1:1 reps If you are going to go the length of franken build something more exotic. A 104 is a pam honda accord
  13. Thanks gang Yes sir the Gen 1570 will be going into this (hopefully it fits with no mods) When it showed up today the minute hand broke off when I tried to set the time LOL. But thankfully I was taking out the eta anyway and had ordered a new dial hand set for the gen 1570 Going red with her
