genevaroth Posted August 30, 2010 Report Posted August 30, 2010 Hey is this bad boy being or going to be rep'ed? For the price I would even buy this as a gen. what do you guys think?
donerix Posted August 30, 2010 Report Posted August 30, 2010 I WANT THIS SO BAD. Check out the video:
By-Tor Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 That IS nice. How much does the gen cost?
Ronin Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 This is probably the best looking watch (Rolex)/Tudor has designed in the last decade!!!!! What's Fscked up is-- these are TOO HARD TO FIND at most jewelers (at least in the US/North America), and IF Rolex had any brains they would "encourage / mandate" their premier dealers to carry these along with the standard Rolex line. They would probably be a top seller and thus money maker.
highoeyazmuhudee Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 who's really gonna vote no here?

genevaroth Posted August 31, 2010 Author Report Posted August 31, 2010 It's kind of funny everyone like this and yet it has no prestige brand. No one is going to say is that a real Tudor? wow! I think when you don't care what brand it is and you still like it, that's when it is real. they should have done the ad with this car. both classics that got remade.
lhooq Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 It's tempting to be a snob about the movement, but the Heritage looks so good that I honestly don't care! But that's $4000 I don't have to spend just now...
krpster Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 Loooooooooooooooooooooove it! Not enough to buy the gen though. Great video too.
marcoxxx1984 Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 I cannot answer to these questions: - Is it a good investment?? - Will it became a "must have" such as montecarlo?? Thanks
LeSentier Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 its about 3k for the gen. Right - if you are in the EU and the currency is
ThinkBachs Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 With a model like this around, I can't understand why you can find a Hydronaut but not this! Blech!
jmb Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 Yeah, Hydronaut (and most of their current "sports" models) CGs are downright butt-fugly!
rosnik Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 Right - if you are in the EU and the currency is
LeSentier Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 And: have the 7032 with Valjoux 7734 and montecarlo dial-thought the both with the new heritage chrono would be a perfect combo, but they both got no wrist time. Thinking about to sell my 7032.... Cheers J
lhooq Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 Joerg: I think you need to buy more orange neckties!
nomad89 Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 I like it, but would never buy one. I don't like the Dubois Depraz 2054 chrono module in it.
LeSentier Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 Joerg: I think you need to buy more orange neckties! I think I need now more green ones, than orange ones... green Sorry, didn´t want to hijack your poll... Cheers, J
theblueprince Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 Loved it when it was first revealed. Steadily gone off it now though, would rather build a vintage-frnaken or get a gen vintage one. Not impressed with the movement either.
Gorilladame Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 And it also plays well with some crowns ;-)
parryl Posted September 3, 2010 Report Posted September 3, 2010 And it also plays well with some crowns ;-) wow great display
