I should not be allowed in a tool store...

Browsed around local machinery supply store today..

Walked out with a bench grinder and a disc sander (yes, I paid for them).....

Oh man, HOW MUCH I understand you...

I went to the point that maybe I'm a tool-fetishist...

Every time I enter in one of those places to get some bit/tap etc, I go home with 10x the expense I should have had...

Ha. I looked at the combo as well, but I needed the deck on the sander to adjust to less than 90 degrees (at 0 the deck is perpendicular to the grinding fence) if you know what I mean. All the work feed decks on all the other sanders cannot go negative.. Only obtuse angles. The Delta was the only one with a rack/pinion deck adjustment that could go from -45 degrees to +45 degrees. Fact it was on sale and they threw in a free work stand was the tipping point.
