Franken Daytona 6263 - In Love!

Just wanted to share a piece I picked up from a fellow member a couple of weeks ago

 

Specs:

- Case, Caseback, and Black Bezel: DW6263

- Pushers: Ofrei

- Crystal: Gen Rolex T-21

- Tube: Gen 7030

- Crown: Gen Rolex 703

- Movement: Valjoux 726 

- Bracelet: Gen 78350

- Endlinks: Gen 571

 

Hope you guys like it. Any suggestions to take it to the next level are welcome although I think it is close enough to the real deal for me

Very,very nice!!!! The only thing that I would suggest is a WatchNY bezel. His is closer to gen than the DW bezel. I'm certainly no Daytona expert, but this one looks great.

Nice ... I am working on the 6265 version of this with exactly the same parts (other than the bezel of course).

 

Are the dial and hands DW also?

Hands look gen, Dial seems DW.

Very,very nice!!!! The only thing that I would suggest is a WatchNY bezel. His is closer to gen than the DW bezel. I'm certainly no Daytona expert, but this one looks great.

Congratulations!  I agree with the others about the WatchNY bezel.  Otherwise, start setting funds aside for a gen dial and pray that prices don't rise faster than your rate of savings!
