Best current option for relume on a gen 5513 dial

Assuming that the great man from the great white north is out of the game, who is currently recommended for vintage lume application?

The dial is a gen 5513 "pre-comex" where the original lume has been removed (paint still there). It's on a gen movement but in an HH case that has this funny word COMEX on the back. I can remove the dial but would prefer to be able to send the whole watch, so prefer someone rep friendly.

I have some of BD's texture work on a Fifty Fathoms and it is nice. In this case the dial is actually old  so I just need the lume. Does Vac do a good job on Rolex? Should I pull it out and send it to a gen restorer?

As long as the gen restorer does good lume texture. You really have to see a bunch of their work before committing.

Cwazy (RWG) did my Comex dial, but I think he's also out of the game.
