Martini Rolex

So guys been shopping around for a new vintage rolex and stumbled upon this Dial here where there were written Martini Racing on it just Like The famous Comex sub 

 

 

 

does Anyone have any history on it ? My search skills have failed me

Is that MQ's 16800 dial?

I've never seen that dial in a sub anywhere. But doesn't mean it wasn't made for specific event.

fun to see The whole dial wonder how it Would fit in a superfranken 16800 if it had a a true place in The history somewhere could be Fun to have a alternative to The comex

There were so many custom dials made... There isn't necessary a history. Only a client who ordered 10 of those to offer its team after the race. I have a 1665 with a ENCO logo (former name of ESSO in the USA)
