ryyannon
Yes, here's the one you've all been thinking about but never had the courage to post: How Big Is Your Dictionary?! We've had 'What Kind of Car Do You Drive'? 'Where Did You Go To School'? 'How Tall Are You'? 'How Much Do You Make?', etc., but up until now no one's ever had the guts to ask this one... Do you have the courage to reply? I'll start: I've got a Harrap's French-English Dictionary that's hardbound and pretty big. So yeah, I've definitely got a big dictionary. On the other hand, I can't say that I use it much.... Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense!

Pugwash
So yeah, I've definitely got a big dictionary. I have several, all very large, and it reminds me of Quentin Tarantino's Madonna diatribe in Reservoir Dogs. I look at my bookshelf and see "Big dic, dic, dic, dic, dic, dic ... tionaries." JTB So it would not be incorrect to say that you have a Penguin dic? Would saying this to someone in a Glasgow pub on Friday night ('Hey, Penguin dic!') be liable to create interpersonal problems for myself? So much to learn, so little time.... jfreeman420
The last time i showed a girl my dic she said "who's that gonna please"? I said "ME". She was a real "head" case.
