Market is flooded with chinese fakes which look really the same. However, you'll be surprised about the engine quality and parts quality over time. Simply reliability is at stake here. GM actually proved that doors from the QQ fit a Spark with a perfect seal (so yeah, I guess you could make a franken compact car). My favorite is the Shuanghuan CEO, which is almost identical to the BMW X5 from the rear. It can be ordered from the factory with BMW-style headlights, grilles, and EMBLEMS.
