So far the experience has been a very, very good one. They responded immediately and the goods were shipped next day with an email giving the shipping details and more surprisingly actual photos of the items themselves. As they say so far so good..... I have never seen service on the net as outstanding as his. Both sales, within about an hour or two of making payment he sent me an e-mail with pictures of the acctual straps, the shipping envelope and the shipping label showing that he was shipping it out. Only place I found that have straps for my AP ROO EoD for decent price. I ordered a leather watch travel case, two straps and some Panerai strap accessories. It all arrived complete, all parts are in excellent condition, it was shipped in a well wrapped box with no chance of anything getting damaged or lost.
