Assuming those spring bar holes are original, then I'd guess it's an old CN cased sub that was around 5-6 years ago. But it does look to have been drilled for gen spring bars. It's 16610 form WATCHMAKER9 with custom drilled lugholes , GEN springbars , GEN crystal and GEN insert. I do not like the not holed case, so I find one watchmaker that get the holes for me.
