geo1nah2a Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 (edited) I am in Font should be a bit thinner, but I am sure You can get it correct by production date. Stretched target: Get the maker to trim those CG's before the PVD process. Once PVD is applied, no case mod can be applied. Edited August 21, 2008 by geo1nah2a
PureTime Posted August 21, 2008 Author Report Posted August 21, 2008 thanks and I will let them know, hope they have not done the PVD yet
FxrAndy Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 I think it will sell but you would have to A make sure the CGs were sorted as per Geo1nah2a said above B Individualy number them
Guest carlsbadrolex Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 Count me in for one if: 1. Correct CG's (You would be the FIRST EVER to get that right) 2. Proper PVD 3. Proper engraving 4. Fixed lugs
LegendofSpeed Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 He's already said there would be running numbers.... 001-100.....
LegendofSpeed Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 and if they're not built yet, can you not do the coronet on the crystal? better to not have it than it be too big, right guys?
geo1nah2a Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 If the CG is not doable, maybe You can start from the current GMTiic and go for that Pro Hunter? discoverprohunter
rckh Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 At last....I know what you talk about.........Pro-Hunter Best Regards, Raymond
PureTime Posted August 21, 2008 Author Report Posted August 21, 2008 I cant purchase the current GMT2c and do the PVD because the bezel cannot be removed easily. But we would have to find some means to do it.
looseends Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 I'm very interested in this. I am already looking into getting a black/PVD watch. What's the time frame for availability? I'd like a PVD SS bracelet, though.
LegendofSpeed Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 If the CG is not doable, maybe You can start from the current GMTiic and go for that Pro Hunter? discoverprohunter WOW!!!!

chronology1066 Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 Certainly interested if the CG can be fixed and double AR applied I will take one.. .in fact, I want 007 in the run
Mickey Padge Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 Quote from RWI: thanks for the tips but I think the maker just PVD the current case so the crosn guard and pearl will be the same... i will start taking reservation of serial numbers when the watch is actually released. and I wll ask the factory if this is possible to reserve numbers. will post the pics of the case when the factory give them to me. Cheers!
BigCrown Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 I am a huge fan of the Pro-Hunter line, but with the sinking dollar, they do not make financial sense. Please count me in for one! I also urge you to consider the Double Red Sea Dweller pro hunter because it will most likely be thought of as the most collectible. Also, the 1:1 HK SeaDwellers are --- SUPER!!!! (they nailed the case and bezel for once)
Guest London luke Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 whats the cost ? if the crown Guards are perfect , and the PVD good then i would buy a few
chefcook Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 I'd take one - does not matter how the case is as long as the case back and the dial are good.
Guest carlsbadrolex Posted August 21, 2008 Report Posted August 21, 2008 So if they are claiming to ONLY make 100 what is the cost going to be? Seems to me that alot will go in to making them for them only to sell 100. I dont want this to turn in to another $750 rep!
