jmb Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 Lookin' good, Hike! Your latest Daytona is similar to my idolreplicas Daytona except mine has arabic numbers instead of stick-markers. I think the red on black dial scheme is dyno-mite albeit kinda hard to see in low light. TeeJay, thanks! When you average about $45 per Sub you can get a whole sack-full of 'em for just a wee bit of money! This is better than a thumbnail...

jmb Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 Hopefully it'll serve you well but I'm still scared of 'em. Someday I'd like to figure out a way to "freeze" the sweep seconds and 3 and 9 subdials so it'll look more "realistic" on the wrist...
TeeJay Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 TeeJay, thanks! When you average about $45 per Sub you can get a whole sack-full of 'em for just a wee bit of money! Absolutely, and that means plenty of project fodder

deniz21 Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 real nice shots here guys man i realy get in touch with this rolexes, but it is so hard to find a proper one, and for bk you have too wait so god dam long but one day im in this club, i love the modern and vintage submariner and seadweller so much thanks for posting them
TeeJay Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 Here's my humble collection. Only the two on the far right are working at present, the others are either works in progress, or in need of new movements. Worryingly, the 6200-inspired project stopped while I was arranging the shot It seems to be working now, but I suspect it might also be in need of a new movement Oh well, if I'm reduced to wearing the 1655 so be it...
TeeJay Posted February 13, 2010 Report Posted February 13, 2010 heres my small collection Absolutely fantastic collection The work and the watches is first rate My two vintage Rolex. Likewise, a fine pair indeed
