addingwatch
Thought I would share a project recently completed. I decided that I had too many black & white faced watches and went for a "rarer" 6265. V72 movement. Original riveted band. Regards.
Guest avitt
Nice work! Congratulations on the completion of this project...We all know how much effort goes into these.
alligoat
Very nice. Wasn't it Eric Clapton who had one of these a few years back and had it up for sale?
freddy333
You have alot of guts to go with the red dial, but your hard work shows.

addingwatch
Only worn once under a dress shirt. It has become one of my wife's summer favorites. Regards.
ken fingerlove
Really looks good. Whether you go black and white or this red, will anyone you ever meet think anything different. I'm tempted to go for a riveted band myself, because they look much better than the folded link 7835 (IMO), but the price is high.
addingwatch
@Ken - If you go riveted, go for the real thing, it is worth it. The rep versions are not even close. Regards.

Does anyone know offhand what endlinks will fit the daytona case? I lent the book I bought to someone, and it doesn't look like I'll get it back any day soon! Thanks
Nanuq
I believe those are 571s. Good luck!

freddy333
Does anyone know offhand what endlinks will fit the daytona case? It depends on which bracelet you have. The gens came with 7205/8 - 71 endlinks 7835 - 271 or 371 endlinks 78350 - 571 endlinks All of my vintage Daytonas are fitted with gen 7835s with 357 endlinks
Chronus
All of my vintage Daytonas are fitted with gen 7835s with 357 endlinks Those hanging Daytonas have to go on my screensaver!
kbh
Does anyone know offhand what endlinks will fit the daytona case? I lent the book I bought to someone, and it doesn't look like I'll get it back any day soon! Thanks From what I researched the 571, 371, 71H, and 71 will all fit. Like Nanuq says, 571 seem to be most common.
ubiquitous
Riveted bracelets will have a 'non-removable' end link attached; i.e. there is a bar that secures the end link in place that is part of the last link in the bracelet. So, if you get a riveted bracelet, it should already have the end links on it. Now, that's not to say that someone can't remove those EL's... Which is absolutely possible. But I'm just sayin'... Folded (7835) and heavy link (78350) Oysters will have the standard removable end links. As indicated prior by freddy and kbh, 371 and 571 are probably the more common...
