OK, now writing with a hand on my balls (this in Italy is an against-unluck gesture) as currently I have 9 (I must be going mad...) watches on going... 3 were already in UK and sent from Sead (supermirrors) so I feel confident; other 3 from Toro through Spain, 2 from Trevor through Uk (these are the most worrying for me) and finally one direct over FedEx from Andrew of Trusty time. Some tips are to make them to ship to your office place, if possible, or to go through triangulated shipment like Toro does (and in my view better through Spain than Uk). Finally check with the dealer if they have custom protection policy... Enjoy your new watch and all the good vibes the entire process may give you

A imho "minor" flaw is the fact that there ceramic is in its colour actually a little lighter, and a little more "greyish" than the gen. The gen is darker and more black. Another "flaw" would be the colour of the Top Gun logo. The original is deliberately faded and not as piercingly "white" as the one on the reps.

good advice from tomhorn.

It should fit, but since you are using a dial with stick markers, you will need the H4 canon pinion setup, which it doesn't look like it has. If using a clone movement is OK with you, I would buy one of TC's movements that already has the H4 conversion done and call it a day.

The stem position in the case tube will be to low with a 2836-2.. You can make it work, but it will die in the near future. The first and most important thing in any build, is the stem MUST be centered in the case tube with the dial mounted and movement secured. That will insure years of trouble free operation. Trust me on this

Be sure and use only a 2824-2.
