Thank you for your very kind and fair comments. To be honest I do not know what happened exactly, as it happened before my time. All I know is that DW screwed him out of some watches/parts and as a result he couldn't deliver to modded watches to the buyer(s). I honestly do not know how much and how many people were involved then.
I do agree, we should have a trusted modder list, official or otherwise. Whenever money is involved, there should be an indication of the trustworthiness level of the seller (or modder). Good thinking there. Carrying out the qualification could be tougher though, and I guess only through buyer/customer feedback could the modder reputations be built.
