  2. Along with my collection of micro brands divers, Pams ,Breitlings lord knows what else and having been wrongly painted with anti Rolex brush let me share some of mine with you. Let's start with the double red SD. mods: standard vintage low puff lume job. The hands are dulled and slightly aged. Dial has mildly patina. Used matte coat for the dial. The insert is lightly aged. The pearl is relumed with vintage lume to match dial. Silver DWO and a ETA 2846 movement with 21.600bph. Next the big crown. THIN TIGER PROJECTS CASE- LUG HOLES DRILLED AGED GHOST INSERT WITH RE-LUMED YUKI PEARL HELENAROU 2 LINE GILT DIAL - RE LUMED BY BIG DAZ CORRECT LONG SECONDS LOLLYPOP HAND FROM CWP ATHAYA 8MM TUBE AND CROWN GEN NOS 2846 SLOW BEAT MOVEMENT - RUNS BEAUTIFULLY WITH MINIMAL ROTOR NOISE Next: Project X Heritage w some aging for that older look Original case was the SA3135V2 Sub C, reshape the case to have a thinner profile and perhaps most importantly..lugholes Dial has been relumed to a nice vintage off-white cream (Project X used a really ugly fake yellow lume). Vintagized case to make it look like what a heritage Sub would look like 20-30 years from now. So it is intentionally weathered and appear as if it's been polished several times. Movement is an Swiss ETA 2834. Dial is a relumed BP no date. Second hand has been lacquered white. Platinum mod on numbers and red triangle filled. 8mm crown and tube courtesy of Athaya. This one just bought today. Yes and a TC on the way (3rd one raffles! ) This one on me now has not left the wrist since it arrived wears great on a beige w/ red strip NATO, my beater! . In closing those of you who know me know I have ten thumbs and could not mod sh*t, these watches are a credit to the expertise, hard work and vision of the RWG members who built them.

  4. It turned out that I accidentally did over 4.000 requests to the database, that killed it. Rebooting the SQL server did the trick. I also split up all the PAMs into several pages to increase overall speed.

  9. Mike mine is the 96B175, this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/331088836043 $425 that one is. IIRC I paid $350 or something for mine from a seller on RG. In the UK they're £500 ($830) on EBay, and £550 ~ £600 in the shops. Stupid prices!

  12. Thanks for your replies...after doing some research I am leaning towards the Noob CRPO even with the obvious tell on the caseback. Its not like I am going to try an sell it as a gen, and if I am comfrtable enough to take off my watch and hand it to you, I will be comfortable enough to tell you it is a rep. Some sites say it is factory to 30m, but I will have it tested in case. A place not to far from me is claiming $25 for the test..is that reasonable? I am in between Sac and Tahoe, if anyone has a recommendation for service.

  14. hey Ray...will do on my BlueBird...will find some time in the next week or so... Over the years of being on RWG, I've realized the best reps are those that have a robust history and story...My Blackbird converted to a Bluebird by the best-of-the-best Zigmeister, will always be a special piece...When i asked him to service and re-lume my Blackbird with blue lume his response was awesome...surpassed only by his skill in making my Bird a signature piece... Of all my reps and gens, there's nothing like a hunk of Breitling metal on your wrist...nothing!

  15. Fantastic photo, but I'm pretty sure that's a cat. The rare North Americasian Spotted Tree Cat, to be precise.
