  1. Hello gents, After repeated emails to both companies, I've yet to receive a single reply. Are these folks still in business? I'm just about to write them off. Thanks, Brad

  2. Picked this one up this evening... love having a Rad on my wrist again Fit and finish is very good. The dial lume is accurate and although it's hard to show in a pic, they nailed the dark gray dial finish (not black like the 249 Cali dial). Plexi has the correct shape and distortion. Hands are accurate with clean edges, blue in some light, black in others just like OEM and with the proper sheen. All engravings are clean and the proper depth. Case shape is 98% accurate... now they need to do a proper 249!

  6. No Refunds...... You can't train for Altitude, but acclimatize. Some people just can't do high altitude. Sir Edmund Hillary can't go up past 14500ft. after he summitted. You still need to train for stamina....on this current trip, I did HIIT 3x /week + climbing 120 floors and walking 6 miles 3x /week. I still got sick during our overnight at advance base camp! Thanks! Some more Pictures in no particular order.....'

  8. Sorry to disappoint, but no. I tried to do the Northface this year.....and I found out that my body can't go any higher than 21000ft. Here's some pictures from last May's attempt: Lhasa....Potala Palace and other monasteries: Watch of Choice @Drepong Monastery: On the way, the Tibetan Plateau: Himalayan Range: Rongphu Monastery....start of the Climb to Base Camp: Base Camp: Trek to Advance Base Camp: The Summit: Advance Basecamp: Zhangmu....last Tibetan Town before crossing to Nepal: Zhangmu Hotel Restaurant Board: The North Face Basecamp/Advance basecamp trek is not as dramatic as the South Face....but the Drive from Lhasa thru the Tibetan Plateau and the Himalayan range was breath taking.....

  9. I hate it. Possible collector value as seaweed green is apparently the new red, but I'd never wear this horrid watch. But then again I'm not a fan of the original DSSD either. Gradient? Really?

  12. If I was in the Market for some Ti DSN could deliver I've just upgraded my 055 with this dial , its very nice. and the 116 has the f series movement which is always a winner in my books . IMHO 176/7 dials and Ti cases are really dull , and the tabacco shade is where they look best
