  1. All I can say is wow. You make great looking and quality straps. Usil
  2. Good grief. What the heck is happening here. Let us know how this all turned out. Usil
  3. On the ultimate PO, once the back is off, you will find 4 screws holding the movement in. I had 3 screws with one missing, others report none to 1 to 2. Just another one of the numerous quality control issues with this model of the watch. But here is where I stopped and did not remove the movement. covering each screw hole was an ultra-thin piece of metal bent over it. It appears you would have to bend each one of these up 90 degrees to be able to remove the movement. I bent one and it is springy material. I chickened out and tried to bend the metal back down flush and it was impossible - again - because it was too springy. Maybe these slide out and do not need to be bent (I have no ideaa why they are there) but I was not willing to go further and reassembled. The bent biece of springy material flipped the screw off 6 times and it would have gone by-by into the carpet had I not done this in a large baggy to protect from just this kind of problem. Maybe others have the instructions on how to do this for the Ultimate PO. Good luck. Usil
  4. If you want to risk your rep go ahead. Don't cry when it fogs up. Usil
  5. I like the looks of that watch. Wear it well. Usil
  6. Is that an ETA movement driving that? Usil
  7. Contact the dealer. He will mail you the screws. Usil
  8. Anti-mag cover pops off. Mine had 2 screws covering thin metal overlay. Third was not there. More quality issues mounting up with this model. Usil
  9. I have been wondering about this too. It seems like we are the ones driving for high end reps since we fight the battles for perfection and yet we are not the main market???? Something just does not make sense. Usil
  10. I was hoping it was going to be that easy. Usil
  11. Easy. Buy three lights-out replicas. I love my reps, love wearling them, love looking at them would make love to them - well I would not go that far... but certainly make love wearing them. Usil
  12. The only thing I knew when I started out to explore reps was that this was one of the most dangerous scam themes to get into on the web. I knew that many sites were scams but after a few weeks of searching I found this site and never looked back. Thank God I did not buy any of those SUPER A ++++++++++ watches. Usil

    Scam alert

I went into a Home Depot last time I was in the US and asked for some glue. I wanted the kind that kept the guy in orange stuck to his chair as he did not budge to help anyone the entire time I was there. Usil
  14. If he made watches then maybe he would consider creating a line of reps to RWG specs. Maybe you could explore this with him. Usil
  15. It is winding down..... Usil
  16. I got tired of it on one of my watches and just glued the rotor in place and then just wind it when it needs it. (Well, I really did this but it was because the rotor fell off) Usil
  17. It has been said before many times - on all reps that have screws - use Lock-Tite on them to insure they don't fall out. I know too late for you but this is standard practice on reps. Always check them to find the stripped or loose ones. Andrew should take care of you. Usil
  18. Beautiful bike but if I were to have that in Paris riding around the streets, the first time I parked and left it - it would be gone in 60 seconds. I would constatly worry about having it stolen each and every time I parked it. How do you deal with this. Dosn't it make you anxious to leave it anywhere? It would have to be insured. Usil
  19. I was window shopping a Paris watch store last Friday and saw some Chopard watches in the window for the first time. I liked them. And the Pics-by-Neil are outstanding as always. You have this down to an art. I bet you could make a living doing those shots. Usil
  20. I think that you can think a little outside of the box on this. As it is a bracelet it can be loose and turning on the wrist a little and still be ok. From another person with a 7.5 inch wrist in this thread, you can see we have differeing opinions on this and ultimately it is a personal choice. I have seen this on Pugwashes smaller wrist and it looks fine. The price is right on the watch so go for it. If you don't like it I bet a friend will jump all over it to get it. Usil
  21. Where is your bucket? Back to the PO. I have a 7.5 inch wrist and it feels and looks good. Usil
