  1. No-one sells Genuine Navitimers for
  2. Don't pass reps off as gens and don't pass gens off as reps. I thought that was one of the standards here.
  3. I went with this one today:
  4. I love the ratings.
  5. I have their discography ("Heart and Soul") on my iPod. Amazing stuff.
  6. Mogwai: Mr. Beast Why? Just listen to Glasgow Mega Snake.
  7. Please, if you're going to buy anything of anyone, or have your wife/girlfriend do it for you, can I stress that we should NEVER put watch brands in Paypal comments? Nothing costs more than having your paypal closed because someone puts "Breitling Navitimer" in the paypal comments field. Sorry if she's upset because I shouted at her, but for [censored]'s sake, how many times must we do this? You're not out of pocket, because I refunded you, but now I'm marked. Let's hope my account gets emptied into my bank account before Paypal close it for good, eh?
  8. Every time I've had something electronic sent by courier, I've been humped for tax. Every time it's airmail, it's been fine.
  9. I'll translate: The system they're hosted on doesn't like being stressed, so the people that look after it rein it in from time to time. They need a system that can handle it without needing handling. ps. There's nothing wrong with virtualisation per se. I'm a big fan, but there are times it's not ideal.
  10. Bait? Call it what you will. Yes, there are idiots either side. I am in full agreement with you on that. Politics are becoming staid and everyone in power just wants to stay there. I'm getting exceedingly disillusioned by the whole thing and a two-party system just reinforces the futility. You have 8 years, they have 8 years, ad nauseum.
  11. "Irregardless? That's not even a real word. You're affixing the negative prefix 'ir-' to 'regardless', but, as 'regardless' is already negative, it's a logical absurdity!" - Steve Smith, American Dad.
  12. This is why you need a dedicated server. It's your CPU, then. Servage will tell you that you get twin-xeons, but they're xen hypervisors. You hit swap and the dom0s or domUs start bailing and forums use CPU so much that apache children spend longer time alive and eat RAM until you pageout. On a dedicated server, you hit swap and you slow down a little. On top of that, you can hand-roll your httpd.conf and my.cnf to your needs and the actual, not virtual, spec of the server. ps. I know bandwidth isn't the issue.
  13. Before we go any further, do you know how much a 7753 costs?
  14. Get off virtual hosting. Dedicated servers with unlimited bandwidth are not that expensive these days.
  15. You believe someone is inherently more stupid than you because they believe in a different party? Or are they merely less educated? I've mostly given up on party politics when I've seen one side disagree with the other simply because it ewas the other side's idea. I mean, take this quote for instance: "Instead of wasting hundreds of millions of pounds on compulsory ID cards as the Tory Right demand, let that money provide thousands more police officers on the beat in our local communities" - Tony Blair, 1995 I suspect you can find similar ones in the US. That quote alone was enough for me to realise how stupid the concept of party politics is.
  16. You have faith in a two-party system?
  17. At a guess, Pokemonyu and the others on eBay
  18. Do what I did: learn to do it yourself. It's really not hard.
  19. Nice work! That's a well photographed collection, and what a collection! Three months? Keep at it, just take care on the white balance. Great pics.
  20. It's simply not worth the hassle in the UK. I looked into offering mods/simple repairs but did the maths and you'd end up having to do 20 jobs to cover one slight [censored]-up. Or, you're charging so much per job, you get called greedy. For instance, once you're taking postage into account, and materials and insurance, you're earning a couple of quid an hour, unless you're actually trained in this line of work.
  21. I agree on the title, even though in 6 months it will just be part of the background, much like any other title. However, on all other points, I could not disagree more. More gadgets? Last film didn't feel like 007? Is Crack free where you live?
  22. They also wanted you to pay taxes, go to school, not hurt other people, exercise regularly ... "You know who else recommended a solid regime of healthy eating and regular exercise? The SS." Yeah, not as scary. ps. I call Godwins.
  23. Use air mail. Any courier will declare them and you'll get slapped with tax. All in all, you're taking a chance, so ship them separately. You will most likely get done for the duty/tax, though.
  24. Some rotors are unidirectional. They can really spin in one direction as there's no winding happening. Bidirectional rotors don't spin as freely as they have to wind in both directions. Bidirectional is better, but even the genuine 7750 and 7753 movements are unidirectional. Will that do?
  25. You having fun, mate? Keep 'em coming, they're cool!
