I used watch eden the other week and i was very happy with the service, i am not sure if that watch has actually been released from rolex yet but i am sure you will be happy with it.
I will bring them all if they are finished, just the GW to go now. Waiting on hands, bezel insert, bracelet and endlinks, Then the work, relume, bracelet and endlinks modding for gen spring bars and assembly
No i told you what the issues are with all the UPOs i never said it was not good, I also never said that the silix one was good or bad i just told you what the issues with that one are. You have to make your choice dont try to make other people make it for you, we will give you information but at the end of the day it is up to you
Should a GW fitted with a 1570 be a hacking movement or non hacking
I know the hacking feature started to appear in 73/74 and the GW appeared when? and was it hacking or non hacking
I think the term tool watch is correct for the watch in question, and it is more than capable of being used as one, the fact that most will never see water is the issue of the buyer not the company who produces it.
I had a silix PO a couple of years ago, if i remember back the problems were that it had no AR, but that can be solved these days, a different crown tube that never gave me any problems as opposed to the UPO crown and tube and the lume was not great but what rep is, for the price it is worth it.
Oh and the UPO bracelet will not fit with out modding
If you want to do this with gen dial and hands then you will need a swiss 7750 to avoid modding the hands to fit the asian, and by the time you have paid for the gen dial and hands and a service it would only be another
No surprises from me
I even looked for a different one to wear last night and i saw nothing that i wanted to change to not even the double red, I have been regulating this a bit and have now got it to -5seconds over 2 days on the wrist so constant movement, I am going to speed it up a touch as i would be happy with plus 1-2 seconds a day but not minus.
On my timing machine it sits dial up (horizontal) and that was showing +5 a day on Wednesday so the daily wear it must be spending a lot of time vertical to be loosing a bit
