I have had all of these issues. I have not glued the second hand yet. My watch runs so well I hate to mess with it. How hard is it to glue. It is a real small area. I just let the hand go around to 12 and then stopped it there. I do not use the chronograph that much but i would like to fix it so it does not slip on the tube.
I bought a 7734 watch off of ebay about 3 months ago for $108 but I was lucky. I would look seriously at the 7032 case that DW is selling. I think it is quite good and it is much cheaper than the yuki case.
I have a canon 50D that I am real happy with. I also have a 20D. There is a good customer loyalty program if you can find someone with a broken canon that you can send in. That is what I did to get my 50D.
Nice ubi, this is definitely a project for the future. Too bad the sub cases are not as cheap. But then again a WM9 case would probably do the same thing now that the crown height is correct.
