Garrett do you already have the movement in a case? I was not aware that the 7736 would fit. The 7736 is a thicker movement at 7.4mm.

What kind of movement are the hands going to go on? Valjoux 72 or 7750?

Wow I really like that bracelet. How comfortable is it? I would like to have a daytona with non screw down pushers and a 7205 when yuki comes out with it.

Is the rehault step really missing? That would be like the noobmariner. That might be a deal breaker for me.

I have had almost all of these issues. It is the price of admission for a 6263. My watch was serviced and runs great. I found that the chrono will not function properly if the case back is over tightened. I also found that the chronograph stops at 5 seconds after the hour, but this does happen if the watch is wound well. Has anyone found this out with 7750s? Fully wound the chrono runs perfect. I need to reset my chrono hand because I had some slippage. I guess I should not have reset it at 20 past the hour. My watch runs and looks great!

So I was bidding on a vintage chronograph on the bay. I thought it might be a Valjoux 23. I got it for a really good price but it turns out to be a Valjoux 7734. What would be a good project for thsi movement?

I need to clean some finger prints off of some hands. I do not have any rodico but I can order it. Is there another alternative or should I just wait for the rodico to come in? Thanks!!!

Don't forget you need to take out the auto winding gears if you are going to have the lower profile case back. I have seem on the bay for around $85.

Is the size of the movement and layout of the sub dials different?

I know there has been talk of upgrading the pushers in a DW 6263 to some after market pushers like the ones at Ofrei. Do these pushers look better? I mean the DW ones almost appear too shiny like they are plated or something.

One of the hardest things is having a workspace free of dust. What do you do to insure that dust and dirt does not get into your watch while you are working on it?
