  1. I think he's still looking for CNC leads to undertake this project and make a prototype.
  2. Donerix might be a bit busy but he is reliable and will get back to you soon. Good luck with the hunt!
  3. Absolutely amazing! I had to laugh at the "Retard" engraving though... may I ask what it means in in horology terms?
  4. Rolli says that it wasn't feasible for him to mass produce these, I asked in the past. Definitely look up Mattusss over at W-C for more info on his previous run.

    tricky one…

Doesn't look like a slevin to me. The bracelet tapers much more on the slevin, the watch above has little to no tapering. Also, the mid-links in between the long links are decrease in size as it tapers.
  6. Yes, please bring back the non-SL T48 with less bevel! We can pass on the SL if you can bring back the older crowns
  7. Stunning piece for sure... is that a Toro CG?

It seems that the CG lever problem occurs but not in every watch. I'll add to the experiences though and mention that mine, while straight, isn't necessarily 100% flush. It pokes out just a little bit (~0.3mm), not enough to tell from a distance, but if you run your finger across it you'll be able to tell. Your best bet would be to gauge the QC pictures and ask for specific pictures detailing the shape of the CG to make sure you get a nice one. Good luck!
  9. Wow the Spitfire had me fooled until I read your sig What strap is that on the Spitfire, default cartel leather or something nicer? It looks good!
  10. Very beautiful watch... mine should be here soon!
  11. Huge difference in the shade of grey... but not too bad of an attempt.
  12. Actually, I am impressed with the lume... much better than some of the other reps we've seen.
  13. No PVD? 202/A or 203/A would complete the package IMO!
  14. For a clear caseback, look into getting a Ti 176 (base) or 177 (with 9 subdial seconds). Be mindful that clear caseback PAMs are usually not as accurate as closed casebacks because there are a lot of flaws in replica movements themselves.
  15. oh god... horrendous! Nearly as bad as Seal's face
  16. Ahh, makes me so jealous to see them out in the wild
  17. Yea, I picked one up couple months back for around $1500 range... albeit without the buckle, but still somewhat cheaper. If you can haggle it down couple hundred to $1600-1700 I think it'd be a worthy investment!
