That can not be true, they need to have an APi that links their site with your FB account but not of the information that is private specially password is recorded anyhow, plus most of the secure site are using SSL and that in itself is encrypted information that can not be decrypted.
I am not sure that you statement is accurate, I have been using all these social network and I have never been a victim of any kind of Scam; I think the problem is not that the users do not know how to protect themselves; most of the time is lack of knowledge of what should or not should be done online. in other words the average user juts click any link as long they can get what they want, regardless of the consecuences.
my two cents
he does but Is better to buy from him but thru EBay, I tried to buy directly from him sent him the money and never send me the dial, so i filed a Paypal claim got my money back and Bought the same dial from him on eBay.
I have a 1655 turned into a 1675, so far I am happy with the results. it has a eta 2893 GMT movement the only thing that bother me is the date font and the fact that is a pain in the butt to do the gluing of that dial to the movement, The stem aligns pretty well.
I am wondering is a 1560 movement will actually fit on that case.
Any takers
Thanks
I am still thinking about it, I probably will send it The Zigmeister for a relume, definitely is worth doing but of course not too bright is what it needs
working with Gen specs parts is a breeze I replaced the dial like in 20 minutes, no glue, no date missaligment, fits like a glow, the only thing that bother me a little is the Superdome is from Clarks..
I did noticed the missing paint on the dial, I already contacted the seller and he told me that if i want he can replaced it, buy I am sure I have to pay for shipping, my 1665 has the following.
@Ronin I noticed that in your dial the oyster perpetual date has more space in between the letters
Gen crown+Gen tube
Gen Bracelet+ Gen endlinks
Gen Flat dome
Gen movement
Gen lumi insert
MBW case
Aftermarket hands
MBW dial soon to be repalced by ingod44's
I think that the fact of the watch going thru the metal detector and not setting it off, is not a quality of Rolex watches but the metal composition itself. I have a MBW and a PO which they do not set the alarm off.
