it looks like is the same but the crown guards look different, also the 1655 comes with the DG movement if opt to have that one, so the watch is 70+ dollars cheaper plus you will have to spend money in aftermatket parts or gen ones. the problem that I have with my 1655 is that for some reason the dial hole in the case is a tad too big and the dial has a lot of play and it moves. I am still think if I should buy another 1655 and try again my luck. look att the pictures below how there are two different watches. crown guard is off on one of the pictures.
The movement holder is what makes even more intersting, this method is better than using the normal eta method to secure the movement, I wish your dials have ETA feet that there will no need to glue the dail to the movement holder. That will be a plus.

I have a 45mm PO, I bought springbars on ebay o did have to bend them, i am using a rubber strap. the ones on ebay are strong and push the rubber strap againsr the case tight fit but is good

I feel sorry for you buddy, but that watch is not going to cut it. the rehaut is woooky and the wall is not wide enough, the factories may think thaty we are stupid and desperrate. seriously return it and get something else.
If you at the quality pictures, you can tell that the rehaut is still woky, and is the Sam crappy watch. The picture are not the Same, again misleading
