I went to an Optimax clinic today (in Finchley Road) and had a consultation and it seems fine. I did get to see a close up video of the operation which is not good watching for the squeamish... I did meet the surgeon, a first at all these consultations, and thought he was nice and knew what he was talking about, and had practiced this surgery for over 10 years and rarely had problems, and not with my eye prescription. As I may go to Spain next month I may give it another month or two and think on it, as well as get money together (this company is the only one I have talked to that does not give a 100% interest free credit option).

Unless there is a great and long track record of great sales (especially to some members here), then you never know if you get what is pictured. What I do if I go for a genuine watch on eBay is ask them if they are ok with me getting the watch 100% authenticated with the company that produced it, if it's 100% authentic (no after market parts unless stated in the ad) then no problem, I keep the watch, but if it isn't I get a 100% refund including shipping and import/customs charges (if applicable).

You mean 183 black seal ? Actually that may not be a bad choice for a PAM... these arent as well replicated with the lug screws stripping easily as well as the crown. Personally I prefer the rose gold PAM231

i would agree that it is seen as an old man's watch, and it is definitely too small. Feels strange with a 40mm nowadays after getting used to PAMs!
