Sorry to hear of this. This is partly the reason I have stopped buying reps as much, I am just not confident that I will receive what I have ordered. I am much more likley to buy the more affordable asian reps now, such as the Asian SOH, or the old Asian Omega GMT.

The chrono is by far the better rep. Change the datewheel and it is almost spot on, apar form the screws in the bracelet instead of pins, but no-one will notice that. The SMP Bond has a fair few flaws comapred to the Chrono, but out of both of them I'd go for this version - better movement, and fits nicer on the wrist in my opinion.

Where's the movement!? Im not sure, the He valve is in the correct place, but the crown guards look wrong, and the bracelet is polished - might be aftermarket/replaced? Is it a midsize? If it isn't the case back is out of proportion

I like that a lot, I think it is much nicer than the new SO, which for me has taken a step backwards

Just kidding Another beautiful Breitling, I saw you mention you were after another one, and what a choice, you're so right about the dial config! I think what I like most about the white SOC in white is how well it shows off the conecntric circles on the dial, looks amazing, if you ever want to part with that one, let me know

There is a replica of the older XV, and it is very very accurate, on Joshuas site, Id recommend that for the price!

Say to him you will not offer him any more. Offer and acceptance has taken place, consideration, and there is an intent to create legal relations. All of the classic contractual elements are there, so technically you do have a case, but it isn't worth it. Offer him the money you originally agreed to, if he says no, then he'll have to find another buyer.

Thank you both Maxmilian and Stephane. I think it might be due to the length from top lug to bottom lug being less on the Ingy, would probably sit on my wrist much nicer than the PO which looks longer. Apologies for the threadjack Wear it well, a definite keeper that one

Great purchase! A replica that is worthy of a place in your incredible collection! If you get time could you take a wrist shot, looking at the side of the watch, to show how the watch sits on the wrist please? (the angle Im trying to describe is pretend you are flying like superman with your arm out in front of you, then the photo comes from around your shoulder, to show how high it sits on the wrist) I had to sell my UPO because it sat high on my wrist, and my wrists aren't the largest.

Couldn't agree more. Gens are overpriced, but you are paying for exclusivitiy (to a certain extent) and status. Whereas with a replica, all you own is a replica.

I would keep the genuine. Mont Blanc is a good manufacturer. With these modded 7750 asian movements there is very little to guarantee longevity, it may stop working after 6 months.

You won't find a decent rep of this watch. That's a gen. If you like the Aerospace I would recommend buying it, you can pick them up for reasonable prices now!

The rubber strap that comes on the Heritage is deployment, if I recall correctly I saw one going for about 275USD

There are many topics about the Ultimate 111E/H that Angus offers, but I cannot find much information about the 001b that he offers. Does anyone own one of these, and have any comments on it? From what I can see the only issues are the crown having too few teeth, and perhaps the cross bar on the A's are slightly too low? There arne't any pics of the caseback but I am assuming it is ok, and therefore hiding the problems of movement flaws.

My first rep was a Breitling Navitimer. It was the one watch (still is) that I want in gen form. When I first received it I couldn't believe how good it was, I literally never took it off! How reps have moved on, and now I suppose the 3,6,9 Navi doesn't stand up to our new... cough cough super reps cough cough..., but it will always be my first rep, and my all time favourite!
