Sorry to hear that...it seems to be a very common problem with this markers. I guess the best solution is to relume the markers.
BTW I used this tool to replace the caseback.....no duct tape or rubber gloves

I know what you mean Rob...we have our regular jobs and most of our "free" time is spent doing what we love to do.....still we need to get compensated for the time and effort. If you did your part, the customer must do her/his. Best for you my friend.

Well after owning 3 pam177h I can tell that the quality is awsome if you want a Ti panny, the 177 is an excellent choice

So many tiny parts and those lovely springs that love to fly.........
