@HikeUSA - What's the story on the Glashutte?
Rockin a Doxa today.

Anyone try a 14060 insert instead of the 16610? (Can't rememeber which is smaller)...

Looks great. All you need now is a Gen Insert.

Given the speed to market these days or the new reps and all the V1, V2, Noob, H-Factory, etc, this is a rapidly moving target.
The general membership seems to be doing a great job getting posts/reviews up quickly after release.
I think the old method of an "Expert Reviewer" is quickly being replaced with a "Crowd Sourced" forum post methodology. All that is needed is enhanced forum moderation and pinning of best of breed reviews.
Just my .02,

Finally, AceTimer has updated his "fuzzy logic" chipset to accommodate 7750's and other one-way winding watches like many of the 21J's. (mode 4 & 5)
My wife and I both have AceTimers, in the bedroom, a total of 5 motors. They are quite, work, and are going on 3 years old now. They are also user serviceable if you are a geek like me.

Yes, but they are out of production. Everything you find is old stock or out of an old watch. The oil is dried out, and it needs a full service when you get them...

Plenty of vintage flint or electronic spark butane lighters available for great prices. My son has started collection vintage lighters and some of them are amazing designs. I especially like the Art Deco ones. You should be able to pick up a great lighter for under $40 on e?ay. Myself, I have my old Zippo from 40 years ago and I gave my son my Dad's even older Zippo for his collection.
Photo's ??? Sounds interesting...

Congrats on getting it together.
To be completely honest with you, as it stands, if you sat down next to me at the Sushi Bar, or on an Airplane, I could easily tell it is a REP. (But 99% of the population couldn't tell).
Keep tweaking it...

Wearing what I think is my favorite watch of all time...
@Freddy333 and others working on 1575 movements - Pick up an actual PRECITEC MSA 09.010-26 movement holder. A dream for working on the movement with or without Rotor and Dial. Flip to one side for dial-up, flip to other side for dial-down work.

Well it's not like he tried passing it off
...or he was afraid of being mugged and told you it was a $20 rep to un-target himself. Plausible?

Instant Lume Removal from (steel/gold) hands = Testors Model Paint Thinner.
Dip or brush over lume, remember to rinse with either water and a micro drop of dish soap. (Use only on non-painted hands).

Good advice, I think the AD quoted him $300 for the gen bezel, and that's about what J&W quoted for aftermarket!
FYI, after hours of research there only appears to be one manufacturing source for Aftermarket (Gen Spec) 1675 Bezel's and Inserts. So J&W @ $300 is the SAME part from Yuki, NDT, Classic, Clark, etc. and ultimately the SAME part from Mr. Slimeball/WSO who is the cheapest.
Moving along to the insert, the big tell on the insert is the overhanging 2's in 22, and squished 6 in 16.

Black Key's Rock!
Had to follow up with this:

That new policy makes no sense because a BuyItNow trumps it anyway. I am guessing they want it to go longer to help catch fakes, but just add a BIT, and you circumvent the psedo-protection they are attempting.

looks fantasitc R. Care to share more on your sanding process, hands look great!

Excellent. I am really beginning to love Subs on straps too. My wife got me watching the TV show Burn Notice where Sam is often seen wearing a Sub on an Ox Blood (possibly Shark) strap.

Wow wow wow!!!!!!

Given it is a GMT the Asian 21j is probably the DG 3804, which in some ways I prefer over the modified ETAs.
However, with the Sinn, it should be high beat rate that you can only get with the Eta. The 3804 21j is a slower beat. But as long as the date wheel overlays are the same, its a coin toss.

Well done... Gen DW?
Case looks like the thicker 6538 case...

Actually, you really do not need it. In the dark there is enough lume that lights up the hand because of its "cut-out", and when it crossed a :05 mark it is clear. Unless you are doing "Tactical" down to the second at night work, it really is not that troublesome.
