  1. Corrected lol Although I like it - it gets the point across that it's rude to ask such things, while potentially getting lucky through sheer cheekiness
  2. If the OP is saying that the WM9 dial markers are a bit greener in the light than the gen pearl, could it be that there is a larger amount of lume applied to the WM9 markers therefore they are giving off more glow in the daylight than the gen? Or is that just being hopeful... lol
  3. Try searching for DSSD as that's the usual acronym used for it.
  4. There's b*gger all we can do about it - we're just here for the ride! lol
  5. I reckon that looks good to me!
  6. Hey Lani, Where did you get the braided G10 strap from? I like it! Looks nice and chunky
  7. He's always replied politely and helpfully to any of my queries, even when I'm being a n00b and failing to find something beforehand lol For this I thank him too!
  8. Sweet, well done that man! Hope you can keep it up - once you're off the e-cigarettes too, think how much money you'll have for reps! You should put into a big jar what you would have spent each day - you'll be amazed how quickly it mounts up!
  9. Thanks again, both Apologies for the lack of searching before I posted, I should have known such info already existed!
  10. Thanks for the info I might get some work done now! lol
  11. Thanks Ubi Would it therefore be safe to assume there may be the same issues as the seconds-at-6 A7750??
  12. *noob question alert!* So, it has a "First of its kind Movt. Same Configuration as Eta 2894, High Beat 28.8k and working regulator" with the seconds at 3. Is this an entirely new movement then? An ETA2894 clone? Is this the first seconds-at-3 movement? I know a lot (all?) of the previous reps had incorrect subdials due to not being able to do seconds at 3... Thanks in advance!
  13. I think that the lum-tec website details what they use, and they're pretty good for lume!
  14. Make sure you read the noobs guide, it's very helpful! I really must re-read it at some point...
  15. Any updated pics of this? re: the hands, Is it possible to remove the lume from the middle section, where it's supposed to be, and then lume the metalwork instead, so they're see-through?
  16. I know bonds are generally quite large in value but that's an insane amount lol
  17. I was getting wrong jokes about 20 minutes after the news broke lol Sad to see him go, he undoubtedly had talent. He was just a bit weird...
  18. This double red description doesn't match the picture re: the cyclops http://www.interwatches.com/rolex-sea-dweller-1665-p24233 although I understand that the picture is correct!
  19. They're, er, cheap... Really not sure about this one: http://www.interwatches.com/rolex-gmt-master-1675-p26235 lol
  20. Thread from the dead, I know, but this is great information! Thank you!
  21. Can't say I've heard of Ticino but looks good value! Centre seconds, auto movement, SL, AR...
  22. Just found this link after looking up 'Storma' following a post in this week's midweek wristie thread. They've got some interesting stuff! I assume they're all asian movements at the prices they're charging, but the work looks good quality and they've got some designs I've not seen before, which is nice Are they superlumed and AR'd though? It doesn't specifically say so so I imagine not...
  23. Cool, thank you!
  24. Is this a similar accuracy to the 42mm version that reg sells? (i.e. not perfect but more than acceptable at the price!)
