shzt.. as close meaning gen movt. that'll be almost impossible. So you can try to get a watch smith to push the dw closer to make it flush. Might be looking at a new movt.. like 7753. but I'm not sure how the "gmt" would work then. Do you have any case back pictures

if you like the PO model.. I suggest trying to get a franken 42mm.. if you can find a 4th generation PO franken.. It can be fitted with gen bezel, Dial, crown/tube, hands.. and that should pass most inspections. unless of course, they put it side by side to a gen.. cause the gen beats at a lower beats per hour 25.5k vs. the rep which will be housing a eta 2824 which is beating at 28.8k. The newer Panerai 44mm models will be cheaper for you and almost indistinguishable from the gen.. I'd go that route. _____________________ Sent using tapatalk and mental power
