I would like to ask if any members have acquired the FM Chrono with the black dial.. specifically does the black dial have the engraved ring in the dial ,.. the wihte dial is very noticable.. but I cannot discern the design on the black dial .. the rubber strap is way cool.. althought the discription say's leather it is a thin rubber strap .. I'mleaning toward the white dial for the detailed design and dual apparel versitility but I'm wondering about the black dial design.. Thanks in Advance for your time Aloha~Cheers Lani

For what it's worth .. I was thinking the other day that if there were one rep from 08 that I would spend a decent amount on .. (that is add the Swiss 7750 mvmt.) it would be the Skyland BS.(meaning out of the box without other genuine parts) Having said that, if you are receiving a credit for the defective Asian 7750.. it sounds like a "win-win" situation,.. being that RG's re-lume would make it worth the investment of the Swiss 7750, and not the other way around ! if the dial were inaccurate as far as font etc. then that would be a different ball game.. but the dial seems by all apperances to be only needing RG's artistry with the lume dot's.. The DLC coat is spot on The dial is without flaws that cannot be fixed my conclusion would be .. if you already have the Swiss 7750 movmt. available and it sounds like you picked it up when they were still fairly resonably priced by yesterday's Dollar,... then what's stopping ya..

I have run into a little bump in the road with my Tudor Snowflake .. the 2871 ETA movement I am using needs a flat date wheel and the only ones I have available are the raised variety.. would anyone have a flat datewheel in surplus ,.. that I could purchase ? yeah .. heard on the news the other night it was snowing on Mauna Kea .... we rode our Harley's over Saddle road one year,.. got hailed on .. it was so cold we had ta pull over and use the pipes to warm our hands.. they were numb.. coudn't feel the handle bars.. I'm lovin the North wind.. Windward Oahu has been chilly .. of course I'm out at 3 am .. perfect climate for me..

I put ma HK Tan ... antique chestnut gator on the BCE graphite.. so ya don't think o me as a total putz.. .. the BCE is modded to .."Da Max" .. got it on the wrist checks.... to restore your faith in Mankind... @emuozz ... gotta practice with your camera brah !.. start off with taking 100 images and then your on your way to a good start.. or a bad back.. I'm still learning ma man..

Ok.. I will do a write up.. this week, (I didn't know if there would be any interest.).. and 10-4 on the lume .. it was going to follow .. after storming all night the Sun is so bright today.. and the lume needs charging.. so I didn't even waste time attempting a lume shot.. the ASW is on my window sill charging as I type this.. I find that indirect sunlight is great for long lasting charging.. actually the more glare into my window the better..

We have ta wait for the next generation of Golf Clubs.. so they can recycle the TI in the old ones.. @mikellem.. thanks a lot again buddy !! the only reason I buy reps is so I can practice the macro's..
