  1. I have procured some special decal paper that is made just for my brand of printer. Initial prints have resulted in excellent crispness but due to the extremely thin film it's somewhat fragile to apply. I made up a dial today after spraying Krylon Crystal Clear Satin over the decals first and that has provided some additional strength. I probably started handling this "prototype" a little to quickly and the edges are a bit messed up but that will be covered by the rehaut. This example is 29mm and was applied to a "recycled" raffles time dial.
  2. I'm not sure that silk screen would have the "resolution" you need. I could maybe make a "COMEX" decal you could apply to a dial...
  3. Normally those two holes are locators for the tabs that stick down out of the little sheet-metal "click-ring" but the bezel has no teeth on the bottom so the case probably "serves" more than one style of construction. But, the bezel looks like it has a groove for the octo-spring...
  4. Maybe I'm way off base but looking closer there are no "teeth" on the bottom of the bezel to make it click so I have no idea...
  5. There should be a "click ring" between it and the case and it looks like the octagon/paper-clip spring is MIA - that's why it falls off and probably why it was glued on.
  6. I believe you can use either an ETA or Asian 7750 in the "native" configuration.
  7. I gave most of my fubar a21j movements away but I'll see if I still have something laying around...

  20. I have a gen engine turned and could use it for basic measurements but my only concern would be if the profile shape was the same...
