I was disappointed with their product and also had a run in with the very cheap owner who sent me the wrong band then refused to refund me.

Nice little group hug going on here, however, there are times when someone must address the cancers that eat away at the very reasons our boards exist. Left unchecked can grow and eventually turn our community inside out. During these calling out times, yes it gets ugly, but that's life,... and makes the smooth times all the better by contrast... We can't simply bury our heads in the sand, and bask in the relationships that we may have personally built up with certain dealers, while new members get the shaft. Imo....

I just wanted to post that Jay confirmed that he knows about the four dealer gang, as they have made it difficult for him to obtain certain watches. Which is one of the reasons he agreed to produce his own line, which he says will sell for less than what the gang of 4 can afford, and urges patience with the projects he has in the works for us. He closes with " I truely believe fair and honest dealer behavior will be rewarded." That's enough for me to agree 100% with Edge,... and thank him for his sleuth work and for spearheading this positive change for our community !

Quite a few items about you Neil perplex me, and I'm sure others,... I don't mean to bring anymore drama into this soap opera however you don't seem to be able to handle the business that you already have,... Fact is, the numerous and glaring complaints, year after year, board after board regarding your lack of communications skills, strongly indicates that you take money for watches that you don't have, or may never get. The time to receive some of your watches tells the tale,.. I have tested you, and received quick and assertive e-mails before my purchases where you flat out stated that you did have watches in stock,.. but turns out that you didn't. As I had to wait for nine months then ended up taking a subsitute, ever after you posted the watch in question more than once, here on this board. You also refuse to respond to my requests for a refund or status and never will, unless someone posts their plight on the board, and even then, that is most times a just a delaying tactic, as I soon discovered. Now I have defended you in the past, and have nothing personal against you,.. however I would like to know how you plan on changing your modus operandi,.. as we will see an explosion of negative feedback that will bog down our board for months....

Good idea,.. however they would need to then go through an initiation period to test them. Some members will either get a deal or get ripped,.. remember Sichaun ? I think we need to promote the honest dealers we already know,.. however have them clean up, or upgrade their methods,.. as we will have power to funnel more business like never before... or take it away.

Now that is a statement that I have been chanting for years,.. I say however that if we are going to clean up the board,... we need to also sweep out the dirt hiding in the corners.. which has been there for so long, we actually consider it part of the decor..

Certain aspects, of this conversation are nothing but anti-productive ... We should look to salvage what we can for the board.. We can all see the 'dishonest mistake' that a few dealers made when caught in a situation where would have lost business either way. The question is, now that their error has been exposed, what are we going to do about it ? And if we allow,.what, if anything can the dealers in question do in the future to not only make up for this, but to regain our trust ?

Can I boycott after my BCE purchase ?? Seriously though,.. According to our resident master-watchsmith the 7750 is a very hearty movement... I will take his word over 100 posts to the negative, Also there must be thousands of 7750 purchases on this board, however I don't read the same number in complaints... I have personally owned about 15 or so, worked the chronos, and only had a problem with two, one had an ever running 12hr hand,..{no big deal} ... the other was Swiss.
