  1. WOW, stunning, as genuine as a PO rep could possibly ever look!
  2. Your welcome! I purchased a gen Breitling black leather strap for mine, feels much more comfortable when compared to the steel bracelet for me!
  3. Sweet watch! That is the new stock ETA date wheel version, it's the only one available now, unless you buy the older one off a fellow member.... Cheers!
  4. I am pretty sure it is 20mm, the larger 43mm Carrera is 22mm This guy does some sweet Tag straps, I have the gen croc strap on my 43mm Tag, looks great! http://shop.ebay.co.uk/tango252/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686
  5. I am (hopefully) pretty sure nobody would give a member who joined the forums only one month ago, any info on how to contact a UK dealer directly (face to face) within the UK, any points for guessing why? Seriously, buy them online like everybody else here, if that is actually what you are looking to do
  6. Just bad luck, part and parcel of this hobby, contact the dealer/s involved However the watches you mention are not particularly accurate, and it seems you over payed too. The "ultimate" or "perfect" LV, and Sea Dweller sold by the dealers here are average reps accuracy wise, and usually overpriced..... However WM9 makes (or will soon make) the same watches to a much better degree of accuracy, those are the watches you should have purchased. The watchmaker9 Yachtmaster for example is the best Rolex rep you can buy! As for the DeepSea rep, none of them are accurate, they all have different flaws. Why buy just Rolex reps? There are other brands, get a Breitling, Chopard, Tag, Hublot, or one of the many other brands, there are some amazing reps out there, and if you must have Rolex, search for WM9 (watchmaker9) he makes the best Rolex replicas by a long, long way.... Cheers!
  7. Hehe, very nice, I want to put this watch back on my wrist again now! Any small metal filing will work, it only needs to be 1mm or so in size.....
  8. Looks good, nothing wrong with the he valve or bezel, Breitling wings seem straight and fantastic lume dots too This has a gold ETA 2836 inside I bet, with stock ETA date font, not like the older Seawolf which had a nickel plated 2836, with a better, more accurate date font, don't think you can get them right now, maybe ask hont?.... Cheers!
  9. Hey I don't want to moderate, that sounds like a scary job to me! Any news on a time scale please, for that and the feedback? Do you have the feedback system info backed up? Or will we all start fresh?
  10. Thanks for the back up hackR, and you too Bike Mike! I just like buying watches on the forums, without marking threads as sold that can be tricky
  11. Hello fellow RWG'ers! It's just getting annoying now when browsing the sales forums, most the time the watch is already sold! Please use the full edit feature, and edit your first posts sales title, just add "SOLD"..... Anyone else getting bugged by this, or is it just me?
  12. I also can 100% recommend Domi, his work and pricing is second to none! He is in the EU, but registered shipping should cause no problems, have a peak here: If you contact him and figure everything out, I am sure you will not regret it! Cheers!
  13. If you are no way experienced in this, I would strongly suggest you not try to fix this yourself, it is surprisingly easy to ruin a watch in a short amount of time As you have just received the watch, you could contact PT and see if he can fix it for you, just need to post it back to him for a little while. Or alternatively you could send the watch to Domi in Germany for a full clean and movement service, he can easily remove the hair while he services the watch. The upside is the watch should then run flawlessly for many years to come Cheers!
  14. Nice! Really smooth finish, stunning!
  15. The new Xbox's still get the same problem, just not as widespread. Also the blu ray playback is perfect on my PS3, no jitter or banding, you may have the YUV/RGB colour setting set to the wrong mode in the PS3 menu..... PS3's are the most repliable next console by a fair old margin!
  16. I work in electrical retail, the returns/repair rate on PS3's are virtually nil, I can't even remember the last return/repair! Whereas Xbox returns/repairs rates are massive, had a guy in two days ago whose Xbox had those three little red lights..... Seriously, most Sony products are really solid, especially the PS3's
  17. I bend the rep deployant to get a more curved look, and then buy a higher quality (or gen) strap. The trick is bending it with a smooth curve and so that the clasp still catches together Rep faux leather straps are junk, and an instant tell that your watch is fake, they don't even smell of leather Cheers!
  18. Cheers guys! This is the only ti case avitt has done, but I think he may be modding some of his own ti PAM's
  19. avitt could answer your question regarding the DLC better than me, I think is coats in the same way as steel The strap is baby hornback, but subtle, I don't really like those huge scales on straps, specially with a smaller wrist like mine.... Cheers!
  20. Had the watch a while now, just never got round to taking some pictures! The case is a DSN titanium case, with avitt's excellent, super hard DLC coating! worn on a stitchless croc strap, with a soft charcoal coloured, custom VAC superlumed dial! Has a steel crown and crown pin for contrast, and the CG lever points downward, for no other reason than being a much better fit! Pictures, click to expand: I really like this watch, I toyed with the idea of selling it with my other watches a couple of weeks ago, but common sense prevailed! The watch is so light, but has a hardened DLC finish, it resists scratching extremely well, I dinged the bezel while shopping, and the mark I thought was a scratch just brushed away with my finger! Comments and observations welcome!
  21. Thanks guys! That is a sweet Chopard you got, getting plenty of wrist time I hope?
